Engage disconnected and in-school youth (ISY) residing in the Los Angeles Harbor region in a system of support

Managed Career Solutions (MCS) invites interested agencies to apply for the opportunity to engage disconnected and in-school youth (ISY) residing the Los Angeles Harbor region in a system of support. This IFB is for agencies to serve as a subcontractor to MCS, lead applicant for the City of Los Angeles’ Harbor Region YouthSource Center.  Please direct questions regarding the IFB to aaltounian@mcslosangeles.com. The last day for bidder’s to submit questions related to the IFB is 3/15/2017. Final bids must be submitted no later than Monday, 3/20/17 by 5pm, in the manner instructed in the IFB.
